NerveAlive Lab began in 2024 as a single annotated PDF — a quiet project assembled by a small team of editors and one retired biochemist after a family member spent a year and a half cycling through OTC painkillers, prescription gabapentin, and a stack of half-finished supplements, looking for something that addressed the microglia layer of peripheral nerve discomfort rather than just masking the sensation.

Nerve Alive was one of the formulas that PDF landed on. The five-nutrient stack was unusual in three ways. First, it printed every active dose on the label — no proprietary blend. Second, the doses lined up, within a reasonable range, with the doses used in the underlying published studies. Third, the manufacturer was an FDA-registered, cGMP-audited U.S. facility willing to publish a Certificate of Analysis on request.

When the manufacturer began offering authorized-distributor agreements in early 2026, we applied. Today nervealivelab.com is the authorized U.S. reference portal for the 2026 production cycle. We don't manufacture the product. We don't formulate it. What we do is publish the reference material around it: a research dossier, a quality file, a long-form guarantee policy, and a curated set of reader stories collected with permission and on file.

We've made a deliberate choice not to chase the "official-looking" template that dominates this category — the blue-and-gold lab-coat aesthetic, the stock-photo medical advisory board, the urgency timers. Instead this site reads the way the underlying material does: a quiet, technical, reasonably honest reference, with the citations linked out and the disclaimers up front.
