Eligibility.

The guarantee applies to orders placed directly on nervealivelab.com. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, resellers, or unauthorized listings are not covered — the manufacturer can't verify the chain of custody, and we don't want to refund a bottle that didn't actually come from the authorized batch.

The 60-day window.

The window starts the day your package is marked Delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on shipping address). To qualify, the customer service team must receive your refund request on or before day 60.

How to start a refund.

1. Write to care@nervealivelab.com with your order number and a one-line reason for the return.
2. Customer service replies within one business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return mailing address.
3. Mail your bottles — even empty ones — with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend tracking; we can't refund a return that doesn't arrive.
4. Once the return is received, the full product price is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

What's not covered.

• Outbound shipping (only the product price is refunded).
• Return shipping costs (paid by the customer).
• Orders placed through marketplaces or unauthorized resellers.
• Returns received after the 60-day window.
