NerveAlive Lab, LLC ("we", "us") operates nervealivelab.com. This page describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect.

• Order information. If you place an order, the authorized payment processor collects your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and the last four digits of your payment method. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
• Email correspondence. If you write to customer service, we retain the email thread for the purpose of resolving the request and for our records.
• Usage analytics. We use cookie-free, IP-anonymized analytics to count page views and understand which pages are most useful. We do not run cross-site tracking.

How we use information.

Personal information is used to fulfill orders, process refunds, answer customer service requests, and produce the aggregate usage statistics that inform editorial decisions. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required to process a transaction or as required by law.

Your rights.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Send your request to care@nervealivelab.com from the email address on file. We respond within 30 days.
